The staff is always welcoming and happy to see you. The hotel is clean, always. They put out a great breakfast with lots of choices. Location is close to shopping, stores and not too far off the highway.

We are frequent flyers at this property lol. Great Staff, Clean Rooms and very good breakfast!! When we come to the Hornell area this is were we stay.

Breakfast was better than I've had in a lot of hotels. Little things like extras for your waffles was nice. It wasn't crowded & staff helpful.

Room and facilities were clean, staff friendly. Nothing fancy just a good nights sleep and decent breakfast in the morning.

Excellent breakfast. Staff extremely helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable
